Lahaina– Rotary’s newest club on the island will be participating in two major community relations initiatives
Saturday. THE LAHAINA ROTARIANS WALK FOR A CURE as part of the evening Relay for Life cancer survivors event as well as what may be the most compressive recycling event ever held on West Maui.

Jackie Favors, community relations chair offered these details on the Relay for Life event which will include a booth staffed by members of all three West side Rotary Clubs.

Walkers make a donation to aid in aid survivors and help work toward a cure for cancer.
Roz Baker, with the morning club, herself a cancer survivor who has helped promote the event for a number of years will be on hand to walk and greet participants.
